How do I cancel my membership?

Go to Account > Member’s Area and you can manage your subscriptions manually.

Cancelled subscriptions will show up as “pending cancellation” until your membership expires. You will still be able to enjoy all the benefits of your 3-Day trial or membership until the expiration date. The status “Pending Cancellation” means you will not be billed when your trial or membership expires.

How Do I Download My Clip?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to Account > My Downloads page.
  3. Right-Click + Save the download links to save your clip to your PC.

How do I Order a Video on Demand Clip?

Select the “3-Day VOD Rental” option from the dropdown of qualifying products. All of your active rentals will appear in the My Account > Video on Demand section.

What are Favorites?

Favorites allow you to maintain a list of your favorite clips on our site so you can find them again quickly in the future. Kinda like a bookmark for your browser. Go to My Favorites to manage your list.

My bitcoin payment went through, but my order status still shows “Pending Payment.” When will I receive my clip?

Our bitcoin wallet will wait for 2 confirmations on the blockchain before it will be credited to our wallet. Once it’s in our wallet it’ll take a few more minutes to automatically change the order status to “Complete.” Once the order status shows “Complete,” you will have access to your purchased video.

Please Note: Each blockchain confirmation takes an average of 10 minutes. It can be longer or shorter, but on average 10 minutes. So for 2 confirmations it will take  ~20 minutes.

Expect no less than a 20 minute delay if you use the bitcoin option during checkout. This process is 100% automated — we can’t reduce these delays.

Our software now can handle bitcoin transactions quicker. If your order takes longer than 2 blockchain confirmations feel free to contact us for support.

Why is my order failing?

Your CVV2 code may not match the number on the back of your card. Your billing address may be wrong. Your IP address may be different than your billing zip code. Or you may live in a country which we are unable to process your credit card. If your country is listed below, we unfortunately cannot process your credit card.
